Part 2 of an interview with Tonya Harding and other individuals involved in the 1994 Kerrigan incident, only hours before the U.S. Figure Skating Championships at Cobo Arena in Detroit. These first person accounts from Harding supporters reveal why and how they were able to sabotage Kerrigan's figure skating career. On January 6, 1994, American figure skater Nancy Kerrigan, was clubbed in the right knee with a police baton by Shane Stant on the eve of the U.S. Figure Skating Championships at Cobo Arena in Detroit, an assault planned by rival Tonya Harding's ex-husband Jeff Gillooly and co-conspirator Shawn Eckardt. The incident became known as "The Whack Heard Round the World."
