Ron Woolen, Director of West Virginia's Office of Miners' Health, Safety & Training, discusses the investigation of the Sago Mine disaster that occurred on January 2, 2006, killing 12 miners. Woolen explains what they have discovered about the potential cause of the accident in this 2007 interview with Emily Corio of West Virginia Public Broadcasting.
