Libyan writer Hisham Matar discusses his country's revolution that followed the self-immolation of Tunisian Mohamed Bouazizi. Matar comments on the start of the revolution, Libya's relationship with other countries, and the importance of writers and journalists during a period of transition. The Arab Spring officially began on December 18, 2010, one day after Bouazizi's protest.
