Abraham, a reporter for the BBC based in Uganda, recalls his experiences covering AIDS related issues across the country and comments on how the society reacts to government programs about AIDS and HIV education. In 1981 the World Health Organization recognized AIDS/HIV and World AIDS Day recognizes that milestone on December 1st every year.
