Senator Dianne Feinstein recalls the day that Harvey Milk and George Moscone were assassinated just down the hallway from her office. She explains what happened on November 27, 1978 and remembers the personal and political aftermath of the killings. Feinstein was the 38th Mayor of San Francisco from 1978 to 1988 and a colleague of both Moscone and Milk.
