Christine Anderson, CEO of Spaceport America, shares future plans of this commercial spaceport with Roland Keller, estimating that 200,000 people will visit annually. In 2005, Virgin Galactic and the state of New Mexico agreed to create a $200 million commercial landing space (Spaceport USA) and it is expected that commercial suborbital spaceflights (leaving gravity) will be available via Virgin Galactic in this spaceport in 2014.
