In 1986, Andy Warhol and Jean Michel Basquiat agreed to be interviewed together. These two artists worked on multiple collaborative paintings from 1983 until 1985. Warhol was a leading artist in the pop art movement wjo died in 1987. Basquiat was a Haitian-American artist who began in the street art movement. He died in 1988 at the age of 27 of a heroin overdose.
