Locals of Tybee Island near Savannah, Georgia discuss the 1958 mid-air collision and the legacy of the Tybee bomb. On February 5, 1958, a B-47 bomber collided with a F-86 fighter plane, which forced the B-47 bomber to unload its nuclear bomb in order to protect the aircrew. Some worry about the long-term radioactivity emitting from the nuclear bomb that went missing since the incident, while others have taken the news of the hidden bomb in stride.
