<p>Matthew McConaughey talks about what helped him to understand who Ron Woodroof in order to become him in the 2013 movie &#34;Dallas Buyers Club&#34;, based off of Woodroof&#39;s life. Ron Woodroof was an electrician who was diagnosed with AIDS in 1986, and began taking a cocktail of drugs that he had researched to stave off the disease. He also began the Dallas Buyers Club, where he sold these drugs to other AIDS victims around the world. 	</p>
